Raffle Kick-off and General Information:

Below are links to our kick-off messages and general raffle information. This raffle is
being conducted under Indiana Gaming License #128956. Please take a few minutes to
read through the official raffle rules included below.

Ticket Seller Information and Resources:

Frequently Asked Questions – We’ve compiled answers to questions that we anticipate
you might have regarding the Car Raffle and selling raffle tickets. If you have a question
that we did not anticipate please let us know and we will answer your question as soon as
possible.

Ticket Order Form – The Ticket Order Form is intended to be used by individuals to
purchase tickets by mail. Sellers should email this form to friends and family that don’t
live nearby. Sellers can also print copies of this form to hand out to potential buyers.
The buyer is instructed to complete the form and mail it back to the Band Boosters along with their payment (check or money order made payable to Carmel Band Boosters, Inc.

Ticket Request Form – The Ticket Request Form is intended to be used by ticket
sellers to request a quantity of tickets to sell. Sellers will be asked to complete
this form when they come to pick up tickets to sell. You can complete this form in
advance and bring it with you when come to pick up tickets or you can email it to
carraffle@carmelbands.org and we will have your tickets waiting for you when you
arrive. Tickets will be distributed to sellers primarily on Thursday afternoons from 5:00
to 7:00pm in the band hallway. We will be following the Scrip pickup schedule as much
as possible.

Ticket Seller Guide – The Ticket Seller Guide was developed as a tool for sellers to
help them remember some of the more important raffle rules and regulations, such as age
restrictions and filling out ticket stubs. A copy of this guide will be distributed to sellers
when they come to pick up tickets.
