Band Boosters Announcement 
May 31, 2011Please be advised that the Marching Band WILL PRACTICE on June 3rd. from 12 to 5 and then again from 6 to 9. Parents, Just a reminder of this week’s upcoming schedule:
Tuesday, May 31:     1:00-6:00 PM         (Guard 1:00-9:00 PM)
Wednesday, June 1: 1:00-6:00 PM         (Guard 1:00-9:00 PM)
Thursday, June 2:     1:00-6:00 PM          (Guard 1:00-9:00 PM)
Friday, June 3:        12:00-5:00 PM and 6:00-9:00 PM  (Guard 1:00-9:00 PM)
Three week break after these rehearsals for wind and percussion members.
June 6-8, 1:00-9:00 PM (Guard Only)
Weather permitting, some rehearsals will take place at the practice field down by the football stadium. Hot and humid weather is predicted for all 4 days. PLEASE SEND ADEQUATE WATER AND SUNSCREEN WITH YOUR CHILD TO PRACTICE EACH DAY!!
Don’t forget that Health Forms, Code of Conduct, Payment Contracts and Carmelfest Parade Waivers are now due! A notary will be available in the hallway outside of the band room from 5:30 to 6:00pm on Wednesday and Thursday. to assist you in completing the Health forms. You can get all the forms on the band’s website,  On the home page, click Registration. The password is formsPRivate. (case sensitive)
Season Football ticket orders, Grand Nats Finals’ Ticket orders, and Spiritwear Orders are also due this week!
We will be collecting orders and displaying spiritwear samples from 5:30 to 6:15 in the hallway outside of the band room on Wednesday and Thursday.
Carwash tickets will be passed out to all band and guard members on Thursday June 2nd! Remember after your student sells the first 10 tickets, $5 of each ticket sold thereafter is credited to your student’s account as a fee reducer.
