 COMMUNITY NIGHT TICKET SALES UPDATE:
  
“Taste of the Trucks” Ticket Sales Update
 
Thank you to all of you who are actively selling tickets to the “Taste of Trucks” fundraising event.  Below are a couple of extra details that were inadvertently left off of the initial sales instructions for the students:

 

  • Each marching band or guard student will receive a commemorative wristband for FREE ENTRY into the food area. (So, parents, do not purchase a ticket for your marching band/guard member.)  You will however, need to send money with your student if they will be eating at the event.   
  • Once in the food area, the Trucks will offer for their normal menu ranging from $5-$12 depending on the item.  The trucks will charge for the food.   
  • Tickets pre-sold to immediate marching band/guard family members are discounted to $3 each.   This is our small way of saying thank you for coming to the event and for your participation in this group effort.  Tickets purchased at the gate will be at full price ($5).  Children under 12 are free.  
  • When turning tickets/ticket money back in, please indicate on the envelope how many $5 tickets were sold and how many $3 tickets were sold.  Thank you for helping us track the sales of these tickets.  
  • The money and any unsold tickets must be turned in to section leaders by, Wednesday, October 12.    
  • Students should see the Drum Majors for additional tickets.
