Band Booster Fund Raiser
Volunteers needed for the IRL-Brickyard Concession Booth
Brickyard: July 27, 2008
Time: Carpool from CHS front parking lot at 4:15 am. The concession booth will stay open until the end of the race.
Meal Arrangements: Each person will receive 2 coupons for brats/hot dog/burger during the day. Drinking water provided. You may want to bring a small cooler for additional food and drink. We can not use the refrigeration units for personal food.
Dress: You will be given a t-shirt and visor/hat upon arrival. No open toe shoes.
Alcohol permits: The concession stand sells beer and you need to have an alcohol permit & 21 years of age. To download the permit, click here.
Mail the application with a money order or cashier's check for $15 to the address on the form. You must have your permit or receipt with you at all times during race day.
Volunteers generally have an opportunity to see some of the race. The booth is near the start/finish line.
